All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.

If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

If you're unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, we’ll help you fix it and share the cost of replacing it.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable, including return shipping costs. Let Jen Do It will not provide prepaid return labels. You can use any trackable shipping method for returns, but we cannot refund or take responsibility for lost or damaged packages in transit.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES

Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.
